Eared Sea Monkeys
These animals are more primitive than the
earless sea monkeys. They still have
external ears and larger, more
paddle-shaped flippers.
Bagaenhydra
These are among the smallest of the
sea monkeys, less than 3-feet long.
They live in small pods in deep ocean.
They dive to great depths to capture
their favorite fish, squid and
crustaceans, eating them on the spot.
Ichthyolemur
This animal has the longest tail in the
family, and probably the earliest
version of the earless sea monkeys.
They live like modern sea lions,
staying at sea for most of the year and
coming ashore only to breed.
Pinnepithecia
This animal is equipped with a longer,
more crocodilian-type muzzle. Like it's
counterparts, it'll eat anything, even
stalking and eating creatures from the
land, dragging them underwater to
drown and be consumed. Oceanic prey
usually consists of fish, cephalopods,
crustaceans, smaller mammals including
sea bats, and anything that wanders the
beach.
